Please note that at AlloBB, our products are sourced from different distributors and sellers, which may result in deliveries coming from different locations. As a result, delivery times may vary, and it is important to understand that your order may take an average of 9 days to arrive.

At AlloBB, we strive to provide detailed and accurate product descriptions to ensure that our customers have a clear understanding of what they are ordering. We aim to minimize any surprises when you receive our products.
Order Cancellation Policy
We take pride in our efficient order processing system. Most orders are processed within 12 hours of placement. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@allobb.ca. It is crucial to reach out to us during this period to increase the chances of canceling your order before it is processed and/or shipped. Please note that cancellation requests for orders that have already been processed cannot be considered.
Address Error
It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided. If you realize that there is an error in your shipping information, please contact us promptly to provide the correct details. This can only be done if your order has not yet been processed. We cannot be held accountable for any issues arising from incorrect shipping instructions or refused/undeliverable orders due to incomplete or inaccessible addresses. In such cases, the parcels may be returned to us, but there is no guarantee.
If your order is returned to the sender, we can offer you a refund for the order amount minus the shipping costs or provide a re-shipment, based on your preference. However, please note that you are not eligible for a re-shipment or refund until your package has been received by the sender.
Return Policy
We accept returns for all reasons, including cases where you may be dissatisfied with the product or have changed your mind. Our return policy allows for returns within 20 days from the time you receive your goods. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at sales@allobb.ca.
